Hurricane Alley Waterpark is seeking a Human Resources Specialist. This person works closely with department managers to insure that the park has the necessary quantity of staff to fulfill the labor requirements associated with operating the waterpark. Candidates should have a strong understanding of private sector employment practices and the federal, state and local regulations applicable to to employers of this nature. A strong candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated and goal-oriented team player that possesses the proven ability to hire and place employees within departments using best practices and continuous process improvement methodologies. A candidate must demonstrate reliability and proven experience in providing the highest level of support for internal customers, and the ability to handle sensative and confidental employment information with proper care and safeguards.
